Common questions

• Delete your account. In the app, open Profile (top right), scroll down, and tap Delete Account. This permanently removes your account and all associated data. You can also email us to do it for you.
• Found a bug? Email us with your device model and a short description (a screenshot helps) and we'll get back to you quickly.
• Reset your password. On the sign-in screen, tap Forgot password and follow the emailed link. If you used Sign in with Apple, manage it in your Apple ID settings.
• Your data. See our Privacy Policy for how your information is stored and used.
